Be Among the First to Earn This Certification
For the first time in North America, attendees at the 2025 NIDIskin Conference (May 16–17, 2025) will have the opportunity to sit for the Basic Competency in Reflectance Confocal Microscopy (RCM) exam. This certification is designed to assess knowledge of RCM methodology, interpretation of skin structures, and the diagnosis of commonly encountered skin lesions.

For the first time in North America, attendees at the 2025 NIDIskin Conference (May 16–17, 2025) will have the opportunity to sit for the Basic Competency in Reflectance Confocal Microscopy (RCM) exam. This certification is designed to assess knowledge of RCM methodology, interpretation of skin structures, and the diagnosis of commonly encountered skin lesions.
The first opportunity to sit for this certification exam will be at this year’s NIDIskin Conference, making this event even more significant.
Eligibility: Only residents, post-residency fellows, and fully trained dermatologists and pathologists are eligible to participate.
Fees: For this inaugural opportunity, fully trained dermatologists and pathologists will be required to pay a one-time $500 fee, while residents and fellows will not be required to pay a fee.
The NIDI Teaching Portal will be available from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time (New York) on weekdays only.
